mieru user name.

mieru password.
#### multiplexing
Multiplexing level. Supported values are `MULTIPLEXING_OFF`, `MULTIPLEXING_LOW`, `MULTIPLEXING_MIDDLE`, `MULTIPLEXING_HIGH`. `MULTIPLEXING_OFF` disables multiplexing.
